We do not divulge any information about you to third parties. We do not sell your email address or allow any outside party access to your email address. We will only send regular emails from us to you if you subscribe to our newsletter. We do not use cookies to track you.

Your credit card and personal information is encrypted using private key encryption before it is sent from your browser. We do not use SSL encryption, but use the QSCypher encryption that is built-in to our Quikstore shopping cart software. It does provide a level of security that would be very difficult to be broken into, even by an experienced computer hacker.

Return Policy

Any item that is in unused condition and still sealed in the original packaging may be returned within 15 days for a full refund, minus the shipping costs. Any item that is defective may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. It must be complete and in the original packaging, and you must contact us first via email to let us know what the problem is and get the address to ship it back to. We will ship a replacement, along with a refund check to cover your cost of shipping the defective item back to us.
